Rings break and no customer service

I generally like the design and fit of this cage, but the base rings keep breaking on me as well. Plastic at the top of the ring is just too thin and end up breaking off, making the cage fall off. I’ve contacted customer service about getting replacement rings and they Never respond to email.

Good cage. Bad costumer service

Here’s the deal. I love the cage. I really do. Unfortunately, after just like a week wear off and on the ring broke. There is thin plastic at the top and I’m not sure if it’s a design flaw or a defect it started cracking and then just broke in half right over the pin hole. I emailed pictures to their costumer service address and they simply never replied. I tried again multiple times over several months with no reply. So I guess you get what you get…the cage is nice but you can wipe your ass with the “lifetime guarantee” raise they won’t answer you if you have an issue.
