Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options in the United States. (Sorry, International but we are working on it.) Every day, we deliver to customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of discretion to you at all times. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). All shipping charges are selected at checkout unless you qualify for a Free Shipping promotion or use a coupon code.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, and packaging. Your orders might be shipped same day, but will definitely be shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped and can be tracked by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer under certain circumstances.

The shipping rates are provided by the shipper at time of purchase, these are only ESTIMATES and the actual cost may vary. 
Priority 2 day shipping option is an estimate and can take up to 3-4 days to arrive. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship out until Monday. Those days are not included in transit time.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed. Make sure to retain your order number and email address for your order.

We understand how important it is that you receive your order discreetly. Your order will be shipped in a plain non-descript package. You will not see the name Slightly Legal Toys on your credit card statement, nor will you see the name Slightly Legal Toys printed on the outside of your shipping box. Shipping labels read - "Shipping Department" with our address and all packing slips are generic.
