Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged or tampered with you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED
Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the same day. Once orders are submitted and in process we will attempt to locate the package if it is still in our facility.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
As a valued customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. Slightly Legal Toys is pleased to offer a 30 day exchange policy on all products that have a mechanical component (ie anything with a motor, an on/off switch or requiring batteries to operate) that are defective. In addition, we offer an exchange policy for any product that arrives to you in a non-working or defective state. In accordance with health regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used erotic novelties, lotions, creams, lubes, sprays, soaps, candles, non-electric erotic novelties, lingerie as well as other miscellaneous items.
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Contact us regarding a replacement or return. All returns require a return authorization number.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Package the product and all chargers and accessories that came with your product.
Given the intimate nature of the products sold and in accordance with health regulations we can not accept back products that have been used.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
